Is there a contract?

LD Fitness memberships are subscription-based. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the current subscription period unless canceled.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You may cancel anytime by contacting support@ldfitness.app, or through the app itself where that option is available. Cancellation ends the subscription at the end of the current billing period.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. The LD Fitness Terms of Service include a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. Promotional purchases may be excluded when a promotion has already been redeemed.

Do all plans include workout and nutrition coaching?

Yes. Each membership is designed around workout programming, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and accountability through the LD Fitness app.
